Today is the day we performed our Social Engagement performance!
We are the sixth to perform in front of students from different departments in our faculty. The performance started with some explanation and details about our project by Shafee followed by the Bollywood dance as our opening gimmick. We then showed a drama representing the actual situation and activities during our project. It was then followed by Miza reading out her reflection and thoughts about social engagement programme with montage videos as the background. The performance ended with us singing a song, "Count on Me" and flying out paper planes to the audience.
We did our best, and most importantly, we enjoyed it much. It can been seen through the smiles we showed during the entire performance. We were even happier when we saw many supports and shoutouts from the audience and the joy they had from watching our performances.
Congratulations to each one of us! Though we did not win, we defeated obstacles and challenges, we did our best and most importantly, we enjoyed the moments.
Thank you to Puan Wan Sharina and seniors for the continuous and endless support from the beginning. Thanks to anyone who has supported us through ups and downs. Thanks to those who cheered for us during our performance. Hope you guys enjoyed the show as much as we did.
Social Engagement experiences have brought remarkable impacts to each one of us. Social Engagement has brought in awareness of the responsibilities that await us in our communities. This is not the end, this is just a beginning of our journey for a more engagement and interactions. This is the beginning of a more active role in being part of the community. More challenges and obstacles may await us. But with the spirit we have, we'll overcome them. And those rougher roads are what will make us grow and be better.
