Organising Committee (AJK) Meeting (7/4)
Last Thursday, we held another meeting to discuss about site-visit, especially on when and who would be going to check Al-Ansaar Learning Centre and United Learning Centre (ULC). Besides that, we also finalise the sponsorship letter (Surat Tajaan) and discussed on whom we should ask sponsorship letter from.
On top of that, we also discussed on the activities and materials needed to do the activities we planned as well as task division among committee members.
