Hi all!
Lately, we had been getting a very slow response from PPUM. Their staff could not be reached. Furthermore there are many restrictions they impose if we would to organise our activities there. We had other problems too. This made us to think about alternative location for us to proceed with out Social Engagement Project.
Because of the problems, our Project Director, Li Yang, called for an urgent meeting last Friday (1/4) at UM Main Library to discuss about alternative plan and make some adjustment to our proposal.
In the meeting, Miza came out with an idea to go to a AlAnsaar Madrasah Rohingyas Refugee School where Rohingya refugees kids are studying. As the Madrasah has just been renovated and they will only re-open by this week, they need a lot of helps. They are more than happy for us to engage with the Rohingya kids and the Madrasah communities.
In the meeting, together as team we divided our tasks to adjust the proposal and the proposed activities so that it could fit our new plan. Because we were doing it together, we could finish our in a relatively short amount of time.
Thankfully, we could overcome this obstacle and challenges together, and hopefully, we would be able to overcome any other obstacles in the future as well, and make this project a success!
Ensemble, tout est possible.. Together, we can!
